Is this a public authority?

No. This service is operated by RMV RegioMedienVertrieb, a private service provider. Official processing is carried out by the competent trade office.

Who can use the service?

Entrepreneurs and business founders who register, change or deregister a business. There is therefore no right of withdrawal, see Terms and Conditions.

How much does the service cost?

You will see the total price in the final step, ‘Review and order’, before you place a binding order. Until then, nothing is binding.

When will I receive the invoice?

Only after we have demonstrably sent your documents to the authority by registered mail – then separately by post to your billing address.

My business is moving – change of registration or new registration?

The assistant checks this on the basis of the competent authorities. If you move to a different registration district, a registration at the new location is required; deregistration takes place via the official notification procedure between authorities.

My iPhone saves photos as HEIC.

Go to Settings → Camera → Formats and select ‘Most Compatible’, or share the photo as JPG. Alternatively, upload a PDF.

Can I continue the application later?

Yes, via Continue application using a link sent to your contact email.
